Manually Link An Employee in Sage Construction Management and QuickBooks

If an employee was manually entered in both Sage Construction Management and QuickBooks, then these records will need to be linked so timecards and miscellaneous expenses can get exported. The instructions listed below outline how to manually link an employee. This is an alternative method to Auto Linking.

Instructions

  1. On the Link Main Menu, navigate to the Advanced Utilities section.
  2. Click the Manually Link Employee button.
  3. In the form, select or enter the Sage Construction Management Employee. The drop-down will auto filter based on the text entered.
  4. Select the corresponding Employee in QuickBooks.
  5. Click the Link Employee button at the bottom of the form.
