Manually Link a Project / Prime Contract to a QuickBooks Customer:Job

If a Project (aka Customer:Job) was manually entered in Sage Construction Management and QuickBooks, then these records will need to be linked so transactions can be exported.

Instructions

1. On the Link Main Menu, navigate to the Advanced Utilities section.
2. Click the 'Manually Link Project' button.
3. In the form, select or enter the Sage Construction Management Project. The drop-down will auto filter based on the text entered and show the Approved Prime Contract(s) for the Project.
4. Select the corresponding Customer:Job in QuickBooks.
5. Click the 'Link Project' button at the bottom of the form.
