Auto-link companies or employees in Sage Construction Management and QuickBooks Desktop
Auto Link Existing Sage Construction Management Companies to QuickBooks Customers & Vendors
When customers or vendors are manually created in both systems and the company names match exactly, the records can be auto-linked. Auto-linking simply connects the records and does not update or synchronize address or phone details.
- In the Import/Auto Link section, select the Auto Link Existing Sage Construction Management Companies to QuickBooks Customers & Vendors checkbox.
- Select Import / AutoLink.
- In the dialog, select Ok to confirm your action.
Auto Link Existing Sage Construction Management Employees to QuickBooks Employees
When employees are manually created in both systems and the names match exactly, the records can be auto-linked. Auto-linking simply connects the records and does not update or synchronize address or phone details.
- In the Import/Auto Link section, select the Auto Link Existing Sage Construction Management Employees to QuickBooks Employees checkbox.
- Select Import / AutoLink.
- In the dialog, select Ok to confirm your action.
This process may take some time, depending on the selected options and the number of records in both systems.
