Troubleshoot bill sync errors

Relink the vendor referenced on the bill.

1. Open the AccountingLink utility.
2. In the Advanced Utilities section, select Manually Link Company.
3. Relink the Sage Construction Management vendor with the QuickBooks vendor.

Relink the Sage Construction Management prime contract with the customer:job in QuickBooks.

1. Open the AccountingLink utility.
2. In the Advanced Utilities section, select Manually Link Project.
3. Relink the Sage Construction Management project prime contract number with the customer:job in QuickBooks.

Re‑export the bill to verify that the issue has been resolved.

1. Open the AccountingLink utility.
2. In the Sync Sage Construction Management with QuickBooks section, select Sync.
3. Export the bill.

If the error persists, verify that your Sync Preferences are configured correctly.

1. Open the AccountingLink utility.
2. Select Sync Preferences.
3. In the Accounts Payable section, do the following:
   1. Review how the job cost codes used on the bill map to QuickBooks service items based on the Job Cost Code Link Options property.
   2. Review the export rules for bills.
4. In the Tax Code section, make sure that the Sage Construction Management and QuickBooks tax codes are linked one-to-one.
5. Save your changes, if any.
