AccountingLink for QuickBooks Online - Sync Linked Customers and Vendors

Important Things To Know

• Sync Preferences includes properties on how Sage Construction Management companies should be synced with QBO Customers and Vendors.
• Only linked Sage Construction Management companies will be synced which will update address and phone information. New customers and vendors added to either system will not be imported or exported when syncing.

Instructions

1. Click the Contact Management tab on the AccountingLink Main Menu
2. Navigate to the 'Sync Address and Phone' section.
3. Click the 'Sync Linked Customers and Vendors' link within the section.
4. Click Ok when prompted to sync records. This process may take some time depending on the number of linked customers and vendors.
