AccountingLink for QuickBooks Online - Sync Linked Employees

Important Things To Know

• Sync Preferences includes properties on how Sage Construction Management and QBO employees should be synced.
• Only linked Sage Construction Management employees will be synced which will update address and phone information. New employees added to either system will not be imported or exported when syncing.

Instructions

1. Click the Contact Management tab on the AccountingLink Main Menu
2. Navigate to the 'Sync Address and Phone' section.
3. Click the 'Sync Linked Employees' link within the section.
4. Click Ok when prompted to sync records. This process may take some time depending on the number of linked employees.
