View projects and prime contracts by posting status

View projects and prime contracts that have been posted and linked to a customer and sub-customer in QuickBooks Online.

1. Go to Accounting Link and select the Projects tab.
2. Select View Projects | Primes - Posted in the Project | Prime Status section.
3. Specify the From Date and To Date as needed to filter the results by date.

View projects and prime contracts that have been marked as posted but have not been linked to a customer and sub-customer in QuickBooks Online

1. Go to Accounting Link and select the Projects tab.
2. Select View Projects | Primes - Marked as Posted in the Project | Prime Status section.
3. Specify the From Date and To Date as needed to filter the results by date.

View approved projects and prime contracts that are ready to be posted and those that failed to post.

1. Go to Accounting Link and select the Projects tab.
2. Select View Projects | Primes - Not Posted or Failed in the Project | Prime Status section.
3. Specify the From Date and To Date as needed to filter the results by date.

The Status column indicates whether the transaction has not been posted or failed to be posted. For detailed information on projects and primes that failed to be posted, including error messages and exceptions, open the Sync Log in the Sync tab.

View projects and prime contracts that are waiting to be processed for posting.

1. Go to Accounting Link and select the Projects tab.
2. Select View Projects | Primes - In Queue in the Project | Prime Status section.
