AutoLink vendors

If vendors have been entered manually in both systems, they can be automaically linked if company names match exactly.

Important Things To Know

• Auto Linking will not synchronize or update address or phone information. It will just link vendor records in both systems.

Link vendors automatically

1. Go to Accounting Link and select Contact Management.
2. Select AutoLink Vendors under the AutoLink Based On Exact Name Match section.
3. Click OK when prompted to automatically link vendors.
   This process may take some time depending the number of vendors in both systems.
