Mark a Prime Contract as posted so no transactions can be posted

Important Things To Know

• Prime Contracts that are marked as posted will not appear in the Post Wizard along with their corresponding transactions. This function is applicable when test or old projects are entered in Sage Construction Management and should not be sent to the accounting system.

Instructions

1. Go to Accounting Link and select Projects, Estimates and Contracts.
2. Select View Prime Contract - Not Posted under the Prime Contract Status section.
3. Select the appropriate Prime Contract from the list.
4. Select Mark Selected Prime Contract As Posted.
