Mark a prime contract as posted

Prime contracts marked as posted will not appear in the Batch Post Wizard or include their related transactions. This is useful when test or legacy projects have been entered in Sage Construction Management and must not be sent to Sage 100 Contractor.

  1. Go to Accounting Link and select the Projects, Estimates & Contracts tab.
  2. Select View Prime Contract - Not Posted in the Prime Contract Status section.
  3. Select the appropriate prime contract from the list.
  4. Select Mark Selected Prime Contract As Posted.
