Remove a prime contract from the Marked as Posted list

You can remove a prime contract from the Marked as Posted list so it can be posted using the Batch Post Wizard or manually linked.

  1. Go to Accounting Link and select the Projects, Estimates & Contracts tab.
  2. Select View Prime Contract - Marked as Posted in the Prime Contract Status section.
  3. Select the prime contract from the list.
  4. Select Mark Selected Prime Contract as Available for Post.
