View prime contracts by posting status

  1. Go to Accounting Link and select Projects, Estimates and Contracts.
  2. Under the Prime Contract Status section, select one of the following options:
    • To view prime contracts that have been posted and linked to a Sage 100 Contractor record, select View Prime Contract - Posted.
    • To view prime contracts that have been marked as posted but have not been linked to a Sage 100 Contractor record, select View Prime Contract - Marked as Posted.
    • To view prime contracts that have been approved and are ready to be posted, select View Prime Contract - Not Posted.
    • To view prime contracts that have been partially posted, select View Prime Contract - Partially Posted.
    • To view prime contracts that are waiting to be processed for posting, select View Prime Contract - In Queue.
    • To view prime contracts that failed to be posted, select View Prime Contract - Posting Failed.

      For detailed information, including error messages and exceptions, open the Posting Log in the Posting tab.

    • To view prime contracts that have partially been processed for posting and are still in progress, select View Prime Contract - In Queue (In Progress).
  3. Specify the From Date and To Date, if applicable.
