Posting Preferences - Time Sheet tab
You can integrate labor timecards with Sage Construction Management. Sage Construction Management includes options for selecting the right data source for the project’s timesheet fields. You can select the required time types for Sage Construction Management, such as overtime, double time, and so on, using the Payroll Item Linking Preferences.
Integrate Labor Timecards and specify the data source for Project Timesheet fields

Select Do you want to integrate Labor Timecards with Sage 100 Contractor?
- Select Payroll Item Linking Preferences to set the payroll item's linking preferences.
- Select Save.
The Save option is grayed out if any required fields are not filled out. Select the Missing Required Fields link to view the fields in each tab that must be filled out before saving.
Payroll Item Linking Preferences
You can set the payroll item’s linking preferences in Sage Construction Management for the time types, such as overtime, double time, holiday pay, and so on.
For each Sage CM Payroll Item Code and Description, select the corresponding Sage 100 Contractor Pay Type from the dropdown lists.
