Import selected Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate customers

We recommend that new Customer Companies be created first in Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate. Once the customer is set up in Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, import the customer into Sage Construction Management by selecting Import Sage 300 CRE Customers. This ensures proper synchronization between the systems. After the initial setup, any subsequent changes to the Customer Company should be made manually in both Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate and Sage Construction Management.

Only Active Customers in Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate can be imported into Sage Construction Management. The AccountingLink will check if the customer exists already in Sage Construction Management by using the name as the filter criteria. If it does, then records in both systems will be auto linked.

 

1. Click the Contact Management tab on the AccountingLink Main Menu
2. Navigate to the 'Import from Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate' section.
3. Click the 'Import Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate Customers' link within the section.
4. Optional: Enter some text into the Search field to filter the customer listing.
5. Select one or more customers.
6. Click the 'Import Selected Customers' button in the footer.
