View Sage CM Change Orders ready for posting
- Select the Posting tab in the AccountingLink.
- Click Batch Post Wizard.
- Select Change Orders from the Jump to dropdown.
The batch post wizard opens, including the following details:
Change Orders > Sage CM Change Orders ready for Posting:Project #: The number of the project.
Prime Contract #: The number of the prime contract.
Issue Date: The date the change order was issued.
Document #: The record number that links to the change order details.
Subject: The type of the subject, e.g., Refund for cabinet.
Customer: The customer name.
Amount: The change order amount.
You can now post selected change orders, as needed.
