Import Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate projects, estimates, and contracts into Sage Construction Management

Import projects, estimates, and contracts from <MadCap:variable name="ProductNames.Sage300CRE" /> into <MadCap:variable name="ProductNames.SageConstMgmt" /> by selecting source records, entering details, and confirming cost codes and budgets.

1. Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Administrator.

2. Go to Accounting Link and select the Projects, Estimates & Contracts tab.

3. Select Import Sage 300 CRE Projects, Estimates & Contracts.

4. Select Sage 300 CRE Project and Sage 300 CRE Customer from the dropdowns, then select Next.

5. Enter Project #, Title, and Contract #, complete General Information and Issued by Client, then select Next.

6. The job cost codes are based on the referenced estimate. Select the required cost codes, then select Next.

7. Add the cost budget and prime contract amount, select the cost codes, then select Next.

8. Select Close.

   The project is imported.
