View Prime Contract - Partially Posted Items

To view prime contracts with partially posted items:

  1. Select Accounting Link > Projects, Estimates & Contracts.
  2. Click View Prime Contract - Partially Posted in the Prime Contract Item Status section.
    The Prime Contracts - Partially Posted page displays including the following details:

    • Project #: The name of the project.

    • Prime Contract #: The number of the prime contract.

    • Posted Date: The date that the project was posted.

    • Sage Job ID: The number of the Sage Job ID.

  3. Select a From Date and a To Date to filter the results if needed.
