Link a project and prime contract to a Sage 50 Canada customer:job manually

When Sage Construction Management is integrated with Sage 50 Canada, it’s the prime contract, not the project, that's exported through the AccountingLink Sync wizard to create the customer and project records. If a project was manually entered in both Sage Construction Management and Sage 50 Canada, the prime contract must be manually linked before transactions can be exported to prevent duplicate records.

1. In the Advanced Utilities section, select Manually Link Project.

2. In the Sage Construction Management Project field, enter at least three characters of the project name.

   The dropdown will automatically suggest matching results.

3. Select the Sage Construction Management project and prime contract that needs to be manually linked from the dropdown.

4. Similarly, enter at least three characters in the Sage 50 Customer:Job field and select the matching item from the dropdown.

5. Select Link Project.
