Auto Link Companies in Sage Construction Management and Sage 50 Canada

If customers and vendors have been entered manually in both systems, they can be "Auto Linked" if the company name matches exactly.

Important Things To Know

• Auto Linking will not synchronize or update address/phone information. It will just link the records in both systems.

Instructions

1. On the Link Main Menu, navigate to the Import/Auto Link section.
2. Check the 'Auto Link Existing Sage Construction Management Companies to Sage 50 Customers & Vendors' option.
3. Click the 'Import / AutoLink' button within the section.
4. Click Ok when prompted to import / auto link records. This process may take some time depending on the options checked and number of records that are in both systems.
