Auto Link Employees in Sage Construction Management and Sage 50 Canada

If employees have been entered manually in both Sage Construction Management and Sage 50 Canada, they can be "Auto Linked" if the employee name matches exactly.

Important Things To Know

• Auto Linking will not synchronize or update address/phone information. It will just link the records in both systems.

Instructions

1. On the Link Main Menu, navigate to the Import/Auto Link section.
2. Check the 'Auto Link Existing Sage Construction Management Employees to Sage 50 Employees' option.
3. Click the 'Import / AutoLink' button within the section.
4. Click Ok when prompted to import / auto link records. This process may take some time depending on the options checked and number of records that are in both systems.
