Special considerations when using Sage 50 Canada and Sage Remote Data Access

1. Have all users log out of Sage 50 Canada.

2. Launch Sage 50 Canada in Single User mode and log in as a system administrator.

3. Select File > Remote Data Access > Stop Sharing.

4. When prompted, log in again as a system administrator and select Open data in single-user mode.

5. Log out of Sage 50 Canada.

6. Open the AccountingLink for Sage 50 Canada and select to sync data.

7. Launch Sage 50 Canada and log in as a system administrator.

8. Select File > Remote Data Access > Share Company.

9. Log in as a system administrator.

10. Click Share and follow the prompts to share your company using RDA.

11. Select File > Switch to Multi-user mode.

12. Allow users to log back in to Sage 50 Canada.
