Importing CSI or NAHB Codes into Sage 50 Canada Service Items List
Below are spreadsheets that can be used to import Service Items into Sage 50 Canada. For commercial contractors, either CSI 95 or 2016 format would be recommended and for residential contractors NAHB.
Important Things To Know
- Importing Service Items is optional and may be used when a blank Sage 50 Canada database has been prepared or if a company chooses to move to a industry standard coding structure.

- Perform a global search and replace function to update the Expense and Income GL Chart of Account references (ex. 4020 and 5020). The GL Chart of Accounts must exist in Sage 50 Canada prior to importing the file.
