AutoLink employees

If employees have been entered manually in both systems, they can be automatically linked if names match exactly.

Important things to know

• Autolink will not synchronize or update address or phone information. It will just link employee records in both systems.

Instructions

1. Select the Contact Management tab.
2. Navigate to the Autolink Based On Exact Name Match section.
3. Click AutoLink Employees within the section.
4. Click OK when prompted to automatically link employees. This process may take some time depending on the number of employees in both systems.
