AutoLink vendors

If vendors have been entered manually in both systems, they can be automatically linked if company names match exactly.

Important things to know

• Autolink will not synchronize or update address or phone information. It will just link vendor records in both systems.

Instructions

1. Select the Contact Management tab.
2. Navigate to the Autolink Based On Exact Name Match section.
3. Click AutoLink Vendors within the section.
4. Click OK when prompted to automatically link vendors. This process may take some time depending the number of vendors in both systems.
