View linked customers

Important things to know

• Customers can be unlinked in the View Linked Customers page. This may be applicable if a Sage Construction Management company was manually linked to the wrong Sage Intacct customer.

Instructions

1. Select the Contact Management tab.
2. Navigate to the Linked Companies and Employees section.
3. Click View Linked Customers within the section.
4. Optional. To unlink Customers:
   1. Select the Customer to be unlinked by clicking the checkbox on the left.
   2. Click Unlink Selected Customers.
