Export report details regarding WIP PM forecast cost at completion and PM forecast contract value from Sage Construction Management

You must be assigned with an Admin or Project Manager role.

  1. Select Project > Project Analytics in the Quick Links tab on the Project Home page.

  2. Select the ERP JTD Cost tab.

  3. Select Review Anticipated Costs.

  4. Review the anticipated costs and make the necessary updates.

  5. In Project Analytics, select Review Estimated Field Percent Complete Details.

  6. Review the field percentage complete for each JCC and make the necessary updates.

  7. In Project Analytics, scroll down to the Detailed Analytic Reports section and select Sage Intacct WIP PM Forecasting Export.

  8. Review and select the needed report parameters, such as Period End Date, Prime & CO Data, PO Data, etc.

  9. Select View Report to refresh the report based on the selected parameters.

    Repeat the previous steps if Anticipated Costs or Projected Labor/Eqp Timecard Costs affect WIP calculations.
  10. Export the report in .CSV format.

You can now import details regarding PM forecast cost at completion and PM forecast contract value in Sage Intacct.

Import report details regarding WIP PM forecast cost at completion and PM forecast contract value from Sage Construction Management in Sage Intacct

  1. In Sage Intacct, go to Projects > All > WIP schedules.

  2. Select the schedule that you're going to update.

    Make sure you select the WIP schedule that matches the period in your import file.

  3. On the View WIP schedule page, select Edit.

  4. Select More actions, and then select Import WIP project user entries.

  5. Select the CSV file.

    The WIP projects grid is updated to reflect the values that you imported. If you imported a CFO forecast value, the overbilling, underbilling, and profit amounts are recalculated.

  6. After reviewing the updated values, select Save to keep them.
