Post Preferences - Contact Management Tab

1. Customers

   This setting applies to Customers that are linked in Sage Construction Management and Sage Intacct.

   Options	Description
   Use last modified entity as master (Recommended)	The Customer modified last in Sage Construction Management or Sage Intacct will be the master record.
   Always use Sage Construction Management data to update Sage Intacct	Customer's address and phone information will be copied from Sage Construction Management to Sage Intacct.
   Always use Sage Intacct data to update Sage Construction Management	Customer's address and phone information will be copied from Sage Intacct to Sage Construction Management.

2. Vendors

   This setting applies to vendors that are linked in Sage Construction Management and Sage Intacct.

   Options	Description
   Use last modified entity as master (Recommended)	The Vendor modified last in Sage Construction Management or Sage Intacct will be the master record.
   Always use Sage Construction Management data to update Sage Intacct	Vendor's address, phone, and email information will be copied from Sage Construction Management to Sage Intacct. When posting vendors to Sage Intacct, the mapped Payment Term from the Posting Preferences is also posted if available. If not mapped, the Payment Term is not synchronized.
   Always use Sage Intacct data to update Sage Construction Management	Vendor's address, phone, and email information will be copied from Sage Intacct to Sage Construction Management. When importing vendors from Sage Intacct, the Payment Term is also copied to Sage Construction Management. When synchronizing linked vendors, the Payment Term is also copied to Sage Construction Management if not available.

3. Employees

   This setting applies to employees that are linked in Sage Construction Management and Sage Intacct.

   Options	Description
   Use last modified entity as master (Recommended)	The Employee modified last in Sage Construction Management or Sage Intacct will be the master record.
   Always use Sage Construction Management data to update Sage Intacct	Employee's address, phone and email information will be copied from Sage Construction Management to Sage Intacct.
   Always use Sage Intacct data to update Sage Construction Management	Employee's address, phone and email information will be copied from Sage Intacct to Sage Construction Management.

4. Customer ID Numbering

   Options	Description
   Use Intacct Doc Sequence	This option uses the doc sequence set in Sage Intacct.
   Use Sage CM Company Code	This option uses the company code set in Sage Construction Management.

5. Vendor ID Numbering

   Options	Description
   Use Intacct Doc Sequence	This option uses the doc sequence set in Sage Intacct.
   Use Sage CM Company Code	This option uses the company code set in Sage Construction Management.

6. Employee ID Numbering

   Options	Description
   Use Intacct Doc Sequence	This option uses the doc sequence set in Sage Intacct.
   Use Sage CM Employee Id	This option uses the employee id set in Sage Construction Management.
