Re-post an already posted Project | Prime

Important Things To Know

When you update an existing and previously posted project, estimate, and contract, make sure that the values for the Entity, Location, and Project match the values entered initially to link the existing Project Header.

Select Accounting Link > Projects, Estimates & Contracts.
Click View Projects | Primes - Posted.
Select a From Date and a To Date.
Select the check box for the required project and then click Re Post.
Select the Entity and the Location.
Select Link Existing and select an existing project from the dropdown to link it to the Sage Intacct project.
Important: The values for the Entity, Location, and Project must match the values entered initially to link the existing Project Header.
Click Post&Next.
Under Sage Intacct Estimate, select Link Existing and then select Update Existing or Add New Items.
Click Post&Next.
Click Yes to link the project and then click Close.
Under Sage Intacct Prime Contract, select Link Existing, and then select Update Existing or Add New Items.
Alternatively, you can select the Re Post to Sage Intacct option from the Actions dropdown within the Prime Contract.
Click Post.
