View Projects | Primes - Marked as Posted

Project | Prime contracts that are marked as posted will not appear in the Post Wizard along with their corresponding transactions. This function is applicable when test or old projects are entered in Sage Construction Management and should not be sent to the accounting system.

  1. Select Accounting Link > Projects, Estimates & Contracts.
  2. Click View Projects | Primes - Marked as Posted in the Project | Prime Status section.
    The Projects | Primes Marked as Posted page displays including the following details:

    • Project #: The name of the project.

    • Project Title: The title of the project.

    • Prime Contract #: The number of the prime contract.

    • Prime Contract Subject: The subject of the prime contract.

    • Customer: The name of the prime contract's customer.

    • Marked Posted On: The date that the project was marked as posted.

    You can now mark the required Project | Prime as available for post.
