AccountingLink for Xero - Import ALL Active Xero Employees

Important Things To Know

• Only Active Employees in Xero can be imported into Sage Construction Management.
• Tax Ids can not be imported from Xero because of security reasons.
• The AccountingLink will check if the employee exists already in Sage Construction Management by using the employee name as the filter criteria. If it does, then records in both systems will be auto linked.

Instructions

1. Click the Contact Management tab on the AccountingLink Main Menu
2. Navigate to the 'Import from Xero' section.
3. Click the 'Import All Active Employees' link within the section.
4. Click Ok when prompted to import records. This process may take some time depending on the number of employees that are in both systems.
