Contact Management sync preferences

1. Company and employee sync options

   Company

   This setting applies to companies, including customers and suppliers, that are linked in Sage Construction Management and Xero.

   Options	Description
   Use last modified entity as master (recommended)	The company modified last either in Sage Construction Management or Xero will be the primary record.
   Always use Sage CM to update Xero	The customer's or supplier's address and phone information will be copied from Sage Construction Management to Xero.
   Always use Xero to update Sage CM	The customer's or supplier's address and phone information will be copied from Xero to Sage Construction Management.

   Employees

   This setting applies to employees that are linked in Sage Construction Management and Xero.

   Options	Description
   Use last modified entity as master (recommended)	The employee modified last either in Sage Construction Management or Xero will be the primary record.
   Always use Sage CM to update Xero	The employee's address, phone, and email information will be copied from Sage Construction Management to Xero.
   Always use Xero to update Sage CM	The employee's address, phone, and email information will be copied from Xero to Sage Construction Management.
