License and add-on information
To view company settings for license and add-on information.

Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Administrator.
- Select Settings (
) > Company Settings> License and Add-on Information.
The number of licenses purchased determines how many employees can be set up as users. If you need additional licenses, contact the Sage CRE sales team.
Add-ons integrate Sage Construction Management with accounting systems and RSMeans cost databases. RSMeans cost databases apply only to the United States and Canada.
Add-on options include:
- AccountingLink for Intuit QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier, Enterprise)
- AccountingLink for Intuit QuickBooks Online
- AccountingLink for Sage 50 Canada
- AccountingLink for Xero
- RSMeans cost databases
Most features in Sage Construction Management allow you to upload and link external files such as images, CAD files, Microsoft Office documents, and PDFs. This functionality is similar to services such as Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive.
Purchased, used, and available storage amounts are displayed in gigabytes (GB) to one decimal place.
