Uploading corporate logo for reports
- Format: JPEG or JPG
- Background color: White
- Width: Depends on image resolution (dots per inch, DPI)
- Height: Depends on image resolution (dots per inch, DPI)

If the logo appears blurry on reports, adjust the image to a higher resolution (DPI).
To adjust the logo to a higher resolution, first check its resolution and then edit the logo file.
- Using File Explorer, right click the logo file, select Properties, and then open the Details tab.
- Note the horizontal and vertical resolution (DPI).
- Edit the logo file in your preferred image editor to set the appropriate pixel width and height.
72 DPI logo
- Maximum logo width: 220 px
- Maximum logo height: 55 px
96 DPI logo
- Maximum logo width: (96 DPI / 72 DPI) × 220 px = 293 px
- Maximum logo height: (96 DPI / 72 DPI) × 55 px = 73 px
300 DPI logo
- Maximum logo width: (300 DPI / 72 DPI) × 220 px = 916 px
- Maximum logo height: (300 DPI / 72 DPI) × 55 px = 229 px
600 DPI logo
- Maximum logo width: (600 DPI / 72 DPI) × 220 px = 1,833 px
- Maximum logo height: (600 DPI / 72 DPI) × 55 px = 458 px
Most detail and log reports are designed to include a corporate logo. These instructions describe how to upload a logo image in JPEG format.

Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Administrator.
- Select Settings (
) > Company Settings> Profile.
- Navigate to the Company logo section.
- Select Select Logo and choose the image file (JPEG format).
- Select Upload.
- If the logo does not appear, select Refresh on the browser toolbar or press F5 to refresh the browser.

Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Administrator.
- Select Settings (
) > Company Settings> Profile.
- Navigate to the Company logo section.
- Select Delete Logo to remove the existing logo.
- Select Select Logo and choose the new image file (JPEG format).
- Select Upload.
- If the old logo still appears, select Refresh on the browser toolbar or press F5. If the issue persists, clear the browser cache.
- Right-click the uploaded logo in Company Settings > Profile and select Save Image As.
- Save the image to your desktop, for example, logo.jpg.
- Right-click the saved file, select Open with, and then choose your preferred image editor.

In the image editor, select the appropriate pixel option and resize the logo according to the horizontal and vertical values shown below.
