Adjusting logo size for a higher resolution

If the logo appears blurry on reports then the image should be adjusted to a higher resolution (DPI).

To adjust the logo to a higher resolution, first check its resolution and then edit the logo file:

  1. Using File explorer, right click the logo file, select Properties and go to the Details tab.

  2. Note the horizontal and vertical resolution (DPI).

  3. Edit the logo file in your preferred picture editor to set the appropriate pixel width and height.

72 DPI Logo

  • Max Logo Width = 220 px
  • Max Logo Height = 55 px

96 DPI Logo

  • Max Logo Width = (96 DPI / 72 DPI) x 220 px = 293 px
  • Max Logo Height = (96 DPI / 72 DPI) x 55 px = 73 px

300 DPI Logo

  • Max Logo Width = (300 DPI / 72 DPI) x 220 px = 916 px
  • Max Logo Height = (300 DPI / 72 DPI) x 55 px = 229 px

600 DPI Logo

  • Max Logo Width = (600 DPI / 72 DPI) x 220 px = 1,833px
