Enable MFA for all users who access the Sage Construction Management browser solution and mobile apps. You can optionally set a start date to enforce MFA.
When MFA is enabled, a security code is sent to the user’s email address. After authenticating with the code, the user can select Trust this device so another code is not required for 15 days.
Enable MFA for external project team members who access the TeamLink portal using authentication method 2. As with Sage Construction Management, you can optionally set a start date to enforce MFA.
When MFA is enabled, a security code is sent to the external user’s email address. After authenticating with the code, the external team member can select Trust this device so another code is not required for 15 days.
Because security codes are sent by email, MFA is disabled if users have duplicate email addresses.
