Home View - Initial Setup Wizard - Adding Standard User Logins
The initial setup wizard shown in the Home module will be removed automatically once completed. Thus, this wizard is usually available only in the first few weeks of using the system.
- Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Admin
- The 'Home' View should be shown by default.
- In the General tab, proceed to step 5 of the Initial Setup Wizard. Since employees can be imported from Microsoft Excel or a AccountingLink utility, it is recommended that only employees that need a login immediately should be entered in this wizard's step.
- To enter a new employee, navigate to a new row highlighted in yellow and enter the required information shown below.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Display Name
- Email Address
- Click the 'Enter' key so the new employee moves out of the yellow row. This is required before saving.
- Repeat the last two steps for additional employees that will be users.
- Click 'Save and Next' to proceed to Step 6 of the Initial Setup Wizard.
- On Step 6, select the security role (last column) for each new employee.
- Click 'Send Email' button below the grid.
Important: If the user does not receive the login information, please have them review their junk folder.
