Issue Status Options

Similar to Issue Types, Issue Status can be used for grouping and filtering records and when printing log reports.

View And Add Issue Status Options

1. Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Admin.
2. Click Settings (Gear Icon).
3. Click Feature Settings | Correspondence.
4. Navigate to the Issue Status section.
5. To add a Status option, click the Add button above the grid.
6. Navigate to the grid footer and enter the Status.
7. Click the Save button below the grid.
