Work order types
Work order types are used to group and filter the work order list and when printing log reports.
Example work order types
- Backcharge
- Extra work
- Owner authorized
- Warranty
- Field conditions
View and add work order types

Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Administrator.
- Go to Settings (
) > Feature Settings > Documentation. - Navigate to the Work order types section.
- To add a work order type, select Add above the grid.
- In the grid footer, enter the work order type.
- Select Save below the grid.
Note: You cannot delete an option if it is referenced on a project record.
