Permit Status Options

Status options can be created to categorize Permits.

Example Permit Status Options

• Draft
• Application Submitted
• Application Received - On Hold
• Application Received - Missing Information
• Application Received - Accepted and Waiting Review
• Application Under Review
• Application Under Review - Deficiency Notice
• Application Under Review - Notice Response Submitted
• Application Under Review - Notice Response Being Reviewed
• Application Review Complete - Fees Required for Permit Issuance
• Application Review Complete - Waiting Permit Issuance
• Permit Issued
• Permit Revoked
• Permit Issued - Work On Going
• Work Complete - Under Inspection
• Work Complete - Inspection Failed
• Work Complete - Inspection Passed

View And Add Permit Status Options

1. Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Admin.
2. Click Settings (Gear Icon).
3. Click Feature Settings | QC and Safety.
4. Navigate to the Permit Status section.
5. To add a Permit Status option, click the Add button above the grid.
6. Navigate to the grid footer and enter the Permit Status.
7. Click the Save button below the grid.

Note: An option cannot be deleted if it is referenced on a project record.
