Schedule Calendars

Calendars can be established to set work days for scheduling tasks.

Create Calendar, Work Days, and Specify Holidays

  1. Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Admin.
  2. Click Settings (Gear Icon).
  3. Click Feature Settings | Scheduling.
  4. Navigate to the Calendars section.
  5. To add a Calendar, click the Add Calendar button above the grid.
  6. In the data entry form, enter the Calendar Name.
  7. Check the Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc.
  8. Optional: Enter any Holiday Date and Description.
  9. Optional: Repeat the last step for additional Holidays.
  10. Click the Save and Close or Save and New button below the grid.
