TeamLink Portal login invitation email template

The TeamLink Portal login email is used to send login credentials to customers, vendors, and architects so that they can access the TeamLink Portal. The email is triggered from the project directory after the firm has been assigned a TeamLink security role. This email contains an url to the contractor's specific portal, user name, and password.

Bookmarks - TeamLink login details

• LoginURL

  Your firm's TeamLink Portal login url available in Settings > TeamLink Portal.

• Username

  Outside team member's user name. By default, this will be set to the contact's email address.

• Password

  Sage Construction Management automatically generates the password, but you can manually change it in the contact's profile form.
