Edit a transaction workflow rule

  1. Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Administrator.

  2. Select Settings () > Workflow > Contract Admin & Procurement.
  3. In the Workflow Rules section, use the View, Module, and Feature options, if needed, to filter the listing.
  4. Select the appropriate rule name from the list.
  5. On the Rule Set Details page, you have the following options:
    1. Update the Rule Name, Rule Description, and Active status, as needed.
    2. Select Edit workflow and update the rule definition, expression, or approvers, as needed.
  6. Select Save.
