View and manage alerts

You can view alerts from all modules in a single list or calendar. The information that appears depends on your security setup.

Set up user alerts

  1. On the Sage Construction Management Home page, select the Alerts tab.
  2. Select Set Alerts.
  3. Select the features that you want to receive alerts for.
  4. Select Save.

View alerts in a list or calendar for all active leads and projects

  1. Select the Alerts icon ( Alerts icon, which looks like a bell. ).
  2. In the dialog, select either Alerts List or Alerts Calendar.
    Checklist item alerts appear as a single notification in the Alerts page, with the Date set to the due date of the earliest item. The Subject is set to the checklist name.

View the calendar for a specific lead or project

  1. Go to Leads or Projects and select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.
  2. On the Lead or Project Home page, select Alerts in the General Info section.
  3. Optionally, expand the Filters section and clear the checkboxes for any features that you do not want to view alerts for.

View the calendar for a specific feature

  1. Go to Leads or Projects and select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.
  2. Select one of the following options:
    • On the Lead Home page:
      • Correspondence Overview > Correspondence Calendar
      • QC & Safety Overview > QC & Safety Calendar
    • On the Project Home page:
      • Client Contract Admin Overview > Contract Admin. Calendar
      • Procurement Overview > Procurement Calendar
      • Correspondence Overview > Correspondence Calendar
      • Documentation Overview > Documentation Calendar
      • QC & Safety Overview > QC & Safety Calendar
      • Scheduling Overview > Active Projects Calendar - General and Project To Dos

Sage Construction Management modules that support alerts
