Add companies manually

  1. Go to Contact Management.
  2. In the Stats section, find Active companies.
  3. Select the More actions icon (More actions icon.), and then select Add manually.
  4. Enter the name in the Company field.

    The company name must be unique. If a duplicate company name is entered, an error occurs when saving the record.

  5. Enter information in the remaining fields as needed.

  6. In the Primary contact section, select the Is Bid Contact checkbox for use as a filter when:

    • Adding company contacts to an invitation to bid list

    • Adding contacts to a request for proposal package

  7. Select either Save and Close or Save and New.

You can add additional contacts after saving the record.
