Add companies manually

  1. Go to Contact Management.
  2. In the Stats section, find Active companies.
  3. Select the more actions icon (More actions icon.), and then select Add manually.
  4. Enter the name in the Company field.

    The company name must be unique. If you enter a duplicate company name, an error occurs when saving the record.
  5. Enter information in the remaining fields as needed.

  6. In the Primary contact section, select the Is Bid Contact to use as a filter in the following cases:

    • When you add company contacts to an invitation to bid list.

    • When you add contacts to a request for proposal package.

  7. Select either Save & Close or Save & New.

You can add additional contacts after saving the record.
