Add companies manually
- Go to Contact Management.
- In the Stats section, find Active companies.
- Select the more actions icon (
), and then select Add manually.

Enter the name in the Company field.
The company name must be unique. If you enter a duplicate company name, an error occurs when saving the record. -
Enter information in the remaining fields as needed.

In the Primary contact section, select the Is Bid Contact to use as a filter in the following cases:

When you add company contacts to an invitation to bid list.

When you add contacts to a request for proposal package.

- Select either Save & Close or Save & New.
You can add additional contacts after saving the record.
