Company Classification for Business Enterprise

DBE, MBE, and WBE are acronyms for various federal, state, or local agency programs that provide contractual opportunities for disadvantaged, minority, and woman owned business enterprise.

Below are steps on how to add such a classification in Sage Construction Management and categorize fims.

1. Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Admin.
2. Click Settings (Gear Icon).
3. Click Company Settings | Cost Codes.
4. Click the Add button above the grid.
5. In the grid footer, enter Business Enterprise Classification for the Classification Name.
6. Click the Save button below the grid.
7. Click on the Classification Name in the grid.
8. Click the Add button above the grid.
9. Navigate to the grid footer.
10. Enter DBE as the Code and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise for the Description.
11. Click Add Another Entry link below the grid.
12. Enter MBE as the Code and Minority Owned Business Enterprise for the Description.
13. Click Add Another Entry link below the grid.
14. Enter WBE as the Code and Woman Owned Business Enterprise for the Description.
15. Click the Save button below the grid.
