Manage external authorizations for companies
To create external authorizations for partners and consultants, you must first enable the company to support externally authorized users. After this feature is enabled, the company supports external users but no longer supports TeamLink users.
- Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Administrator.
- Go to Contact Management.
- Select the Companies tab.
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
- Select the company name to open the Company Profile page.
- Select Edit.
- Do the following:
To enable external authorizations for the company, select the CPA/ Sage Partner login Authorized checkbox.
To disable external authorizations for the company, clear the CPA/ Sage Partner login Authorized checkbox.
- Select Save & Close.
On the Company Profile page, the CPA/ Sage Partner login Authorized checkbox in the General Information section shows whether external authorizations are enabled for the company.
