Make a contact active or inactive

  1. Go to Contact Management.
  2. Select the Contacts tab.
  3. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
  4. Optionally, use the Filters to filter the contacts.
  5. Select the contact's display name to open the Contact Profile page.
  6. Select Edit.
  7. Do the following as needed:
    • To make a contact inactive, clear the Is Active checkbox.
    • To make a contact active, select the Is Active checkbox.
  8. Select Save & Close.
