Make a contact active or inactive
- Go to Contact Management.
- Select the Contacts tab.
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
- Optionally, use the Filters to filter the contacts.
- Select the contact's display name to open the Contact Profile page.
- Select Edit.
- Do the following as needed:
- To make a contact inactive, clear the Is Active checkbox.
- To make a contact active, select the Is Active checkbox.
- Select Save & Close.
