Update the allowance package header information

1. Go to Projects and select the appropriate project from the list.
2. On the Project page, select Allowance Packages in the Client Contract Admincategory of the Project Menu section.
3. Select the allowance package number from the list.
4. Select Edit.
5. Update the information as needed.
6. Select Save & Close.
