Lock or unlock an allowance package

1. Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Administrator.

2. Go to Projects and select the appropriate project from the list.

3. On the Project page, select Allowance Packages in the Client Contract Admincategory of the Project Menu section.

4. Select the allowance package number from the list.

5. In the Lock Status section, do the following as needed:
   • To lock the allowance package, select the Locked checkbox.
   • To unlock the allowance package, clear the Locked checkbox.
6. In the dialog, select OK to confirm your action.
