Edit change proposal request (CPR) header information

1. At the CPR listing, click on the CPR # to view the details.
2. Click the Edit button to the right of Change Proposal Request (CPR) Information.
3. Edit the CPR header information as needed.
4. Click the Save or Save and Close button.
