Edit CPR Labor and Equipment Hour Budgets

If portions of the change proposal requests (CPRs) work scope will be self-performed, then revisions to labor and equipment hour budgets should be documented to accommodate for the extra time necessary to complete this scope of work.

Edit Labor Hour Budgets

  1. At the CPR listing, click on the CPR # to view the details.
  2. Scroll down to the CPR Impacted Summary - Contract Amount and Budget Revisions section.
  3. Navigate to the Current CPR Cost and Hour Budget Breakdown By Resource section shown on the right.
  4. Navigate to the Labor Row.
  5. Click the Hour Budgets Number link which is shown in the last column. This will refresh the page and show Cost Codes that have been referenced on the Proposed Items list.
  6. Click the Edit button shown to the right of the Hour Budget Detail section title.
  7. Update Job Cost Code Labor Hour Budgets as needed.
  8. Click the Save button.

Edit Equipment Hour Budgets

  1. At the CPR listing, click on the CPR # to view the details.
  2. Scroll down to the CPR Impacted Summary - Contract Amount and Budget Revisions section.
  3. Navigate to the Current CPR Cost and Hour Budget Breakdown By Resource section shown on the right.
  4. Navigate to the Equipment Row.
  5. Click on the Hour Budgets Number link which is shown in the last column. This will refresh the page and show Cost Codes that have been referenced on the Proposed Items list.
  6. Click the Edit button shown to the right of the Hour Budget Detail section title.
  7. Update Job Cost Code Equipment Hour Budgets (eg RT-Run Time, IT-Idle Time, and DT-Down Time) as needed.
  8. Click the Save button.
