Edit the labor and equipment hour budgets of change proposal requests

If any portion of the change proposal request (CPR) work scope will be self-performed, document revisions to labor and equipment hour budgets to account for the additional time required to complete this work.

1. Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.

2. On the Project Home page, select CPRs in the Client Contract Admin section.

3. On the CPRs page, select a CPR number from the list.
4. In the Current CPR Cost and Hour Budget Breakdown By Resource section, select one of the following:
   1. To edit the labor hours, select the number of hours in the Labor row.
   2. To edit the equipment run-time, idle time, and double-time hours, select the number of hours in the Equipment row.

   The Hour Budget Detail section includes the cost codes that are referenced on the Proposed Items section of the CPR.

5. Select Edit.
6. Update the total hours for each job cost code as needed.
7. Select Save.
