Set the default workers compensation codes to the job cost codes
Similar to tax codes, you can specify default workers compensation codes for the job cost codes.
Display the default workers compensation code on the Job Cost Codes page
- Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.
- Select Job Cost Codes in the Client Contract Admin section.
- Select Columns and select Workers Compensation Code from the list.
- Select Apply.
Update the default workers compensation codes in bulk
- Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.
- Select Job Cost Codes in the Client Contract Admin section.
- Select one or more codes from the list and select Choose Bulk Action.
- In the Default Workers Compensation Code section, select Workers Compensation Code and select a code from the dropdown.
Admins can set up these codes in Settings (
)>Feature Settings>Time and Expenses. - Select Save.
Remove workers compensation code references from job cost codes
- Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.
- Select Job Cost Codes in the Client Contract Admin section.
- Select one or more codes from the list and select Choose Bulk Action.
- In the Default Workers Compensation Code section, select Remove Workers Compensation Code Reference.
- Select Save.
